日韓ジョイントシンポジウムとは
本センターでは2008年5月に韓国の研究者と第一回日韓ジョイントシンポジウムを開催しました。
それ以降、毎年ジョイントシンポジウムを開催し、センターメンバーの成果報告を行っています。
また、近年では韓国をはじめ、アジア各国の研究者を招聘し、ジョイントシンポジウムを開催しています。

第11回日韓ジョイントシンポジウム
2018年11月11-13日に北九州国際会議場、九州工業大学にて「The 1st Asian workshop on Electrochemical Biosensor, The Eleventh Japan-Korea Joint Symposium on Bio-microsensing Technology, On the occasion of retirement of Professor Yoon-Bo Shim of Busan National University,
RCBT today and where to go」 が開催されました。
最初は日本-韓国の研究者のみによるジョイントシンポジウムでしたが、回を重ねるごとに国際色は豊かになり、今回は、韓国のほかに、台湾、シンガポールからの招待研究者に加え、センターメンバーの発表が行われました。
また今回は、、文部科学省「地(知)の 拠点大学における地方創生推進事業」COCプラス理系女子の国際ワークショップ（２）～ワークライフバランス～をも同時開催されました。
本シンポジウムでは、130名の参加がありました。
